Morning Mash-up

This Morning Mash-Up will set you up for the day ahead and give you that little extra kick you need to get rid of your bed head. You will need a blender or a smoothie maker for this little beauty.

Morning-Mashup

 

Ingredients:

300ml Almond Milk.

1 banana.

1 tea spoon of coffee.

1 tea spoon of peanut butter (Ideally Organic).

1 tea spoon of ULTIMATE BLEND.

A touch of cinnamon if you fancy it.

 

Chuck it all in the blender and give it all a good mash-up. Get it down your neck and let the Green Magic go to work.

 

Handy tip:

Make sure you use a different spoon for each of the ingredients or you could end up with peanut butter in your powders or powder in your peanut butter! Sounds obvious, but maybe not so obvious at 6am!
