Fill up your basket!

The quick fix.

On a daily basis Nutritionists, Personal Trainers and many other health, fitness and well-being professionals are asked questions like “what is the best way to loose weight”? “How can I get back into shape”? “Why am I tired all the time”? “What’s the secret to getting a better body”?

The fact of the matter is there is no secret, and there is no easy route to being healthy! Sorry to break it to you, but it 100% comes down to your own discipline, commitment and hard work.

Unfortunately due to misleading advertising and “quick fix” articles in magazines people do not like that answer! People know it takes hard work, but choose to ignore that point in favor of remaining as they are and blaming it on other factors.

There is no excuse for ignorance and playing dumb to the facts when it comes to your own health and the health of your kids or who ever else you may be responsible for.

Here are a few things most people probably already know, yet many people choose to ignore.

  1. If you eat more calories than you burn off, you WILL get FAT!

  2. Most people spend more time moaning about how bad things are rather than looking for the opportunities to make the most of what they’ve got.

  3. If you put food substances, chemicals or liquids into your body that are chemically imbalanced or that have been “over modified” or “synthetically reproduced” then there is a high chance you will have and adverse reaction that could effect you immediately or later on in life.

  4. Many people spend more time playing app’s like candy crush, than they do looking into how they can have a more healthy and productive life. (Do not regret wasting time).

  5. The Internet is the most accessible and diverse educational resource for virtually anything and everything. Yet most people use it to look at random videos of things such as a cat that meows like a goat, rather than trying to understand more about healthy living, life and how to help themselves and others.

  6. You only get one body, so you need to look after it.

We are not saying life is all about discipline and hard work, but it is certainly not about ignorance and greed. Some of the healthiest people are the ones who have balance in their perspective and balance in their actions. It is 100% possible to be healthy and enjoy your life. You can have a drink, you can eat out, you can slip up form time-to-time, you can hate they gym! But what you have to realize is as with most things, you get out of life what you put into it. That saying goes for your body too. Quality in + Quality out. urge you to commit to a positive change. The sooner you start putting time and effort into doing the right things, rather than looking for a secret that doesn’t exist, the sooner you will start seeing results.

Do more things right than you do wrong and you will get better results, it’s that simple.

Educate yourself, act upon what you find and start to see the difference.
